Why We Exist

The Mauer Foundation was born out of lived experience. Our founder, Mark, knows what it feels like to juggle treatment schedules, hospital bills, and the fear of losing everything you’ve worked for.
This foundation is our answer to a simple question:
“What if patients didn’t have to choose between fighting cancer and staying afloat financially?”
